Terms and Conditions

1. Application

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you (the Customer) from Royal Oak Joinery Ltd (the Supplier).

2. Interpretation

Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

3. Services

The description of the Services and any Goods is as set out in the website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
